How a cleaner reaches this page

1. A property owner adds their cleaner by name only in the TurnMyRental web app. No phone number is entered by the owner at any point.
2. The app generates a private link and the owner sends it to their cleaner themselves, from their own phone or email.
3. The cleaner opens the link, types their own mobile number, and ticks the consent box, which is unchecked by default and required.
4. Consent is stored with a timestamp, IP address and user agent. Only then is any message sent.
5. Replying STOP to any message opts out permanently and suppresses the number.
