About TurnMyRental

TurnMyRental is turnover scheduling software for short-term rental hosts who keep their own cleaner. We read your booking calendar, text your cleaner about every turnover, and tell you when the property is guest-ready.

What we do

When a booking lands on your calendar, we work out the window between one guest leaving and the next arriving, and offer that clean to your cleaner by text. They reply YES or NO. If they say no or do not answer, we ask your backup cleaner. On the day, your cleaner gets a private checklist link, with photos on the items you choose, and you can see who started and when the property is guest-ready.

Who it is for

Hosts and property managers with short-term rentals on Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com or their own booking site, who already have a cleaner they trust. Our plans cover from one property up to 25, and we are happy to talk about more.

We are not a cleaning marketplace. We do not employ, vet, supervise, insure, or pay cleaning contractors. You keep your own cleaner and pay them exactly as you do now.

Which calendars we read

Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, Hostaway, Guesty, Lodgify, Hospitable and any other booking site or property management system that publishes a calendar link (often called an iCal link). How the texts work

You add your cleaner by name and send them a link. They enter their own mobile number and agree to the texts themselves, so nobody else can sign them up. After that they get job offers, a reminder the day before and the checklist link on the day, all by text, with nothing to install and no account to create. If you add your own mobile number, we text you when a cleaner accepts, arrives and finishes, and when a turnover is at risk. Anyone can reply STOP to stop our texts. Our SMS terms list every text we send.

What it costs

Flat monthly plans by number of properties: Solo $7 a month for 1, Starter $17 for up to 3, Core $27 for up to 5, Pro $47 for up to 10, and Portfolio $97 for up to 25. Every plan includes every feature. See pricing.

Every account starts with a free 14-day trial, and we do not ask for a card to start. While our founding host offer has spots left, founding hosts get 60 days instead: 7 of 20 spots are left.
