What every plan includes
- Your booking calendar read for you, from Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, any other platform that publishes a calendar link, or OwnerRez directly
- Every turnover worked out and offered to your own cleaner by text, with the date, the checkout time and the pay if you set it
- Your backup cleaners asked automatically when your first choice says no or does not answer
- A reminder to your cleaner the day before, and the checklist link on the day
- A checklist for each property, with photos on the items you choose, that you can change whenever you like
- Same-day turns flagged, and a clean that cannot fit caught when the booking lands
- Texts to you when your cleaner accepts, arrives and finishes, and a warning when a turnover is at risk, if you add your mobile number
The plans differ only in how many properties they cover.
How the free trial works
Every account starts with a free trial, and we do not ask for a card to start. The standard trial is 14 days. While our founding host offer has spots left, founding hosts get 60 days instead, and 7 of 20 spots are left. The Start free button on this page uses the founding offer.
If you choose a plan during the trial, you are not charged until the trial ends, and your subscription then renews monthly until you cancel.
We email you a week in and again on the last day. If the trial ends without a plan, we stop scheduling turnovers and texting your cleaners, except that we tell each cleaner who has a clean offered to them or booked with you that scheduling has stopped. Your data stays in your account and you can still sign in and view it.
You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. If you change plans, the unused part of your old plan is credited and you pay the difference.
Your cleaner never signs up for anything
No app to install, no account to create, no password to forget. They get a text and reply to it. That is the whole point, and the reason this costs a few dollars rather than nothing.
Common questions
Do I have to use your cleaners?
No. You keep your own cleaner. TurnMyRental schedules the turnovers and texts the cleaner you already use. There is no marketplace and no commission on your cleaner.
Does it work without a property management system?
Yes. Paste the calendar link from your Airbnb or Vrbo listing and turnovers schedule themselves. A property management system such as OwnerRez can be connected instead, but is not required.
How much does turnover scheduling software cost?
TurnMyRental is flat-rate: $7 a month for one property, $17 for up to 3, $27 for up to 5, $47 for up to 10, $97 for up to 25. It is not priced per property, so the cost per door falls as you add more.
What happens if my cleaner does not accept a job?
The job moves automatically to your backup cleaner after the offer expires. If nobody in your list accepts, you are alerted while there is still time to act.
How do I know the property was actually cleaned?
Your cleaner works through a checklist on their phone and photographs the items you require. You get a text when the property is guest-ready, with a link to the photos and the completed checklist.
