Your cleaner just answers a text. Each job arrives as a plain text with the date, the hours and the pay if you set it, and your cleaner replies YES or NO. Breezeway invites cleaners by email to log in to its app or desktop, with an optional emailed link for tasks before their account is set up, and offers are accepted or declined there.^7,8,9,10
A quiet cleaner does not leave you guessing. If your cleaner says no, we ask your backup cleaner, if you have added one. If your cleaner does not answer, we ask once more after 4 hours, or after 45 minutes when the next guest arrives the same day and the clean is less than a day away, and then ask your backup. If nobody takes the turnover, we warn you so you can step in.
A flat monthly price for your number of properties. Plans run from $7 a month for 1 property to $97 for up to 25, billed monthly, and every plan includes every feature. The free trial needs no card to start. As of October 2026, Breezeway lists Host Essentials at $19.99 per property a month, so we cost less at every size from 1 to 4 properties, and guest messaging, a digital guidebook and Assist, its 24/7 or after-hours support for your guests, are add-ons.²

TurnMyRental is likely the better fit if you want to start today on your own, with the calendar link you already have: your cleaner replies YES or NO by text with nothing to install, and you get a text when they accept, arrive and finish. Host Essentials adds guest messaging, a digital guidebook and Assist, its 24/7 or after-hours support for your guests, as paid extras. As of October 2026, OwnerRez's help center also says OwnerRez clients get 30% off a Breezeway subscription with 2 or more listings. You want to pay cleaners inside the software. Breezeway pays cleaners and vendors through Stripe, hourly or per piece. We do not handle payments.¹¹

Add your cleaner by name and send them the invite link. They enter their own mobile number and agree to the texts. No job is sent to them until you press "Start sending jobs".
Keep one system per property, so your cleaner is not asked twice about the same clean. Breezeway's terms say to contact its support to cancel or change your paid services.²⁰
